Job Summary:

As a Construction Control Representative, you will be responsibility for the technical, financial, and business management of designated design and construction projects. Projects may include repairs, alterations, renovation, modernization, and new construction. Projects include both Federally owned, as well as leased buildings. This position is located in the Public Buildings Service, Service Centers Division, Little Rock, AR. This office is responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of the Greater Southwests federal facilities with a clear focus on property management, lease administration, non-prospectus alteration projects, and customer service. We operate and manage an inventory of over 35.5 million RSF that includes Courthouses, Border Stations, Federal Office Buildings, and commercially Leased Office space throughout the region. The Service Centers Division provides safe and productive work environments, which enable tenants to focus on their core mission and business.
